Pieces in my mind is a collage book by Andre Decolife composed of cutouts from magazines, flyers, catalogues and tickets from many different countries and cultures. The aim was to build compositions giving new meanings to already made images and texts. Carefully selecting and cutting out symbols, portraits, articles and words with the idea that nothing can be created out of nothing, all the arts just select parts from different sources and put them together in unusual ways, sometimes in a totally new way.
