Shipping and Return Policy

Free delivery for orders within the mainland uk, the order will be dispatched within 5 working days from the order date and will be delivered by the first class delivery, including packing based on the best practice for artworks. 

 

Delivery outside uk will take approximately 10 working days from the order date and will require additional costs for postage and insurance, please contact for an estimated price of packing options.

Artworks ordered will be delivered to the address given when the order was placed, subject to receipt of an order confirmation email.

​The costumers have 14 days from the date of receiving the artwork to decide whether to keep or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund. The buyer must ship out the artwork within five days after contacting Decolife informing about the return.

Please note the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for insurance on the value of the artwork in case of damage.
